Dynamic Methods wins 2023 Proptech Award

The work that Dynamic Methods has done to improve the efficiency and productivity of real estate agents and property managers across Australia through its forms products has been recognised at the 2023 Proptech Awards.

Dynamic Methods were announced the winner of the Most Innovative Established Supplier in the Efficiency & Optimised category for their Forms Live, REI Forms Live and Realworks forms products which have been adopted by more than 80% of the industry.

"Dynamic Methods has been a leader in Australian proptech for many years and their work with Real Estate Institutes across Australia to support large scale adoption is the most comprehensive in the country."

"Their entry was a great example of identifying an extensive industry problem and pain point, understanding their market and proof points that articulated the effectiveness of their solution. It was also very fun to read!"

The award was presented at a gala dinner at the Fullerton Hotel in Sydney recently in front of 350 people.

Dynamic Methods CEO David Howell said the award was recognition of the hard work of his team, and their shared vision to improve the real estate industry.

"It is hugely rewarding to build technology that we know is genuinely reducing stress and saving time and making it easier and faster to manage the administration of both residential and commercial real estate."

"We want to thank our real estate institute partners and our clients for their support and vision to modernise real estate. We are absolutely delighted to receive this award."

The Proptech Awards recognise excellence and innovation across the broad spectrum of real estate, property and construction technology.

This year, 32 trophies were presented to winners across eight major areas including sales and marketing, efficiency and optimisation, building and property development, data and AI, consumer and property management.

The awards are organised across three main categories – Startups, Scaleups and Established Suppliers – within which there are individual awards for different business solutions. Importantly, this means that proptech ventures are judged against their peers in terms of company size, resources and maturity.

The Proptech Awards were sponsored by Ashurst Lawyers with gold sponsors Ezypay, HID and PropTrack. Award sponsors included Direct Connect, Ezypay, Green2View, Monoova, MRI Software, REIP and Upplft.

The awards were hosted by Proptech Association Australia, the peak industry body representing the technology industry within the property, real estate, building and construction industries. It is a member-based organisation working to grow Australia’s emerging proptech industry and accelerate the adoption of technology at all stages of the real estate value chain.
